Sands Motel

Friendly check in.. clean rooms.. stocked with enough towels A+!!! My son loved the soft comfortable bed he said. Only downside for me would be the maid working the next morning who was rude and kept looking at us like we disgusted her and kept giving my mom dirty looks. THANK YOU for a great stay n friendly service when I checked in

Manager claimed that I stoled or broke or lost a remote to one of the rooms when in fact from the very moment we entered the room my son had me searching under behind next to in front of everything for about 30 minutes until he coincidentally fell asleep as did I soon after. I only learned about the accusation the next day in the evening as I was attempting to pay for a week upfront ended up going down the street instead but besides that the staff were pretty chill at least one of the two guys.

Unfortunately, after booking the room, they had no accessible rooms for my handicapped mother. When we got there, the people at the front office were very nice and had no problem refunding my money. The place looks clean, not the best area Necessarily, it is in the heart of Riverside. But the property was clean and the people were great.

I was in the area Friday night and had to get a room last minute, so I booked here for the modest price. I was checked-in by Nick from Panama He was very friendly and made the process quick and simple. Thank you Nick! Your spanish is great! The room I got looked newly renovated which was nice. It’s also located near the mall and other convenient shopping centers.

There is no other choice when selecting from the many choices of hotel/motel that are availble in Riverside. Clean rooms, quiet nights and a simple checkin process are just a few of the reasons why i cant say enough about the Sands. I'd also call this the safest choice of lodging accomodation you could find anywhere on the mag

I did not have high expectations, as I booked this room.Because it was the cheapest in the area, i was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was.And how very good great the service was, it's centrally located and has a couple features that the expensive hotels don't have like a microwave and a refrigerator and free bottled water. If I was in this area, I would definitely stay here again. It had cleanliness that you could smell.

I will go against the masses here and complement the front desk manager. When I got to the property I realized I had lost ID. He was welcoming and accepted a picture of my ID I had on the phone. He was helping and understanding and fur they he gets my sincere thank you and and s excellent review for service. Thank you once again for helping me out during a difficult time!

This is a not a fancy place, but it's very clean that's why we stay here. But this trip the manager or employee busted into our room, giving my elderly father an anxiety attack. Very unhappy about this
